However, 70% of the work and projects was resort and hotel related. History

Established in October 2004, it was known then as Lorters Computer Services. Ltd, a pioneer in computer services in the Turks & Caicos Islands. As the years goes by and different areas of information technology evolved and changed significantly, the company saw a need to change the name vand rebrand in order to adapt to these continuing changes. On July 2014, the company names was changed to Modern Information Technology Ltd. (MIT for short).
